Position Summary


This position is responsible for supporting the onboarding of new homes across the organization and ensuring that all entries are accurate and consistent per pharmacy and company standards.

When not supporting transitions they will be responsible for supporting operations day to day and other projects requiring data entry.


This is a Full Time position offering benefits after 3 months

Your Day to Day:


  • Create new resident profiles
  • Enter all active prescriptions under each resident
  • Audit and update any changes to the resident or medication profile
  • Any additional tasks as required pertaining to data entry to support projects
  • Travelling and supporting dispensary locations as required including but not limited to data entry, filling, machine packaging, etc

What You Bring To The Team:

  • Minimum 1 year experience as a pharmacy assistant in Long term care pharmacy
  • Minimum 1 year experience with KROLL pharmacy dispensary system
  • Experience with longterm care and retirement community clientele
  • Excellent communication, data entry and calculation skills
  • Must be detailoriented, selfmotivated and organized
  • Demonstrates time management, organizational skills, high degree of accuracy and thoroughness
  • Ability to work in a team as well as independently with mínimal supervision
