A career as a Business Development Manager in the Factoring team at National Bank means acting as an expert in supply chain financing and business working capital optimization.
This job allows you to have a positive impact on our organization, thanks to your business development skills, your knowledge of financial analysis, factoring and credit insurance but also your experience in business management in general.
Your job
- Ensure that the portfolio is developed in accordance with the Bank's criteria
- Develop business proposals
- Conduct credit committees
- Ensure that files are properly structured
- Animate and train the Bank's internal and external network on our product
- Know how to identify the needs of our customers in order to set up tailormade programs
Your team
Within the Specialized Group of the Commercial and Private Banking 1859 sector, you will be part of a team of 17 colleagues and report to the Senior Manager of the department.
Your hours are Monday to Friday and the position is based in Montreal even though the development territory is all over Canada.

- Have a Bachelor's degree and 7 to 10 years of experience or a Master's degree with at least 5 years of relevant experience
- Fluency in English
- Experience in dealing and negotiating with corporate clients
- Be available to travel occasionally across Canada
