Description

In this position, you will be accountable and responsible for assisting the development of estimations and bids for FCi's large-scale opportunities.

Your role will be to provide the highest-level possible of customer service to all internal stakeholders including FCi clients. You will work closely with our Lead Estimators and AV Design Team with documentation for our clients.

Some of these documents would be as such:

Data sheets
Close out documentation
Line drawings
Warranty Letters

The areas of focus are but not limited to; working with today's processes while transitioning towards providing corporate standardization, uniformity as it relates to proposals and quotations and overall company image.

FCi Quotes / Proposals
Respond to project requirements.
Communicate with General contractors regarding "bid or no bid"
Provide questions to GC's that our Lead Estimators will require. These answers are critical and will allow us to provide the most accurate quote for the project.
Provide a quote package to all GC's that are responding to that appropriate project.
Maintain company standards & uniformity (brand image)
Maintain uptodate documentation on company file server.
Provide Job Planning Support
Enhance Customer service offerings with all FCi Representatives
Proposal Enhancement / Standards Tracking
Certification Process
Blu Beam, EIA/TIA Standards
Filing hard/soft copies of all backup
Build/maintain Technical Library
Archive Center
Organize hard/soft copy floor plans etc.
