Description
A facility monitor may be required to work at various indoor and outdoor locations such as (but not restricted to):

  • Aquatic and Community Centre
  • CSL Gymnasium
  • Parkhaven Outdoor Pool
  • Samuel Moskovitch Arena
  • Confederation Annex (exterior location)
  • Various Park Chalets (some with outdoor installations to monitor)
  • Responsibilities:
  • Ensures compliance with rules and regulations regarding the use of the premises
  • Provide information to patrons
  • Verification of patrons eligibility to use the facilities (memberships)
  • Responsible for collecting daily entrance fees
  • Processing of financial transactions
  • Lends and retrieves equipment (when applicable)
  • Collection of statistics (patrons and payment methods)
  • General Customer Service
Qualification

  • Good level of English and French
