We are currently looking to add to our existing Team, by filling the position of Warehouse/Delivery Coordinator._
The
Projects
Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator will report to the Projects Department Manager.

In this role, you will be expected to support the following as required:

-
60% deliveries / 40% receiving & admin. (this will vary depending on season and company work/project)

  • Maintenance of inventory, shipping and receiving systems
  • Maintenance of "job specific" inventory, shipping and receiving system and records for billings.
  • Regular inventory counts where assigned.
  • Shipping, receiving, organizing the warehouse (both in house and offsite storage facilities), tools & product inventory
  • Facility maintenance
  • Fleet coordination with Internal Operations Coordinator
  • Office general maintenance as per daily, weekly and monthly schedule
  • Coordinate with Purchase, Accounting, Project Leaders, CRC and Internal Operations
  • Other projects as assigned by Department Manager, and the President & CEO

Position Summary

  • Workday commences at 6:30 A.M. (or otherwise communicated by Manager)
  • 40 to 44 hour work week
  • Overtime hours to be preauthorized/preapproved by Manager, in writing
  • Daily duties will be communicated with next day targets to be met each evening.
  • Daily deliveries are to be followed by organization of the warehouse, and ensuring that receiving is completed by end of day
  • Delivery and pick up of products/materials
  • Daily meetings with the Project Administration staff is a mandatory requirement
  • May be requested to be an "active" member of the Joint Health & Safety Committee

Projects:


  • Receive items delivered to SPA.
  • Open and quality check items.
  • Barcode and scan items into inventory.
  • Build project skids as required.
  • Organize and maintain the warehouse
  • Prepare and deliver material dispatch packages for sites
  • Other tasks as per directions of department manager
  • Repackage items, click pictures, place them on skids, wrap up skids for storage in containers, store in containers and click pictures of the finished skids.
  • Allocate skids to different projects and sites, update on sage and finish documentation.

Operations:


  • Receive and store: uniforms, PPE, garbage bags and bathroom supplies
  • Do weekly stocks check of items.
  • Maintain system for equipment control and maintenance
  • Organize & maintain a safe and tidy warehouse and office
  • Monthly fire extinguisher checks
  • Empty Kitchen garbage on Tuesdays, Thursdays, and as required
  • Keep bathrooms and kitchen stocked with essentials
  • Maintain order/organization/tidiness of the supply room (stocking shelves with product, removing empty boxes, and ensuring the floor is cleared of debris)
  • Prepare safety bags for new hires, upon the request of the Internal Operations Coordinator
  • Maintain SDS lists both in back and in outdoor box.

Accounting:


  • Scanning items to inventory in Sage once received as per projects, removing items from inventory and update in Sage once items are delivered to site, as required

Preventive Maintenance (back-up to Service & Maintenance Warehouse & Deliveries Coordinator):

  • Receiving materials and chemicals delivered.
  • Open packages, quality check items, click pictures and document items.
  • Decanter chemicals, label, store and update on sage.
  • Chemical dispensing
  • Installation & calibration of CO2 tanks
  • Maintain system for first aid supplies purchased.
  • Daily pick up of chlorine jugs from site.
  • Fill chlorine jugs as per dispatches and requirements.

Required Competencies:


  • Must have a
    Valid G or
    DZ
    driver's license & clean driver's abstract:


  • Forklift certification

  • Raymond Reach truck
  • Experience in warehouse management/coordination required
  • Exceptional organizational and coordination skills, and attention to detail
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Flexible and adaptable, and able to multitask in a fastpaced environment
  • A team player, who can also work efficiently independently
  • Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
