- Manage the daytoday operations of the technical team including, KPItracking, time sheet tracking and oversight of all applicable ConnectWise Manage boards
- Lead, mentor, and develop the teams in accordance with Complete Technologies' core values
- Conduct regular onetoones with direct reports
- Participate in research and development initiatives and provide assistance in the implementation of new technologies
- Solve problems for team members and act as intermediary when issues arise between departments
- Manage, optimize, and document all department functions
- Identify opportunities to implement automated processes that streamline operations and enhance the client experience
- Design, implement, and manage team processes, ensuring they align with industry best practices
- Ensure prompt and professional communication and promote the same positive behavior within your team
- Engage with other departments to guarantee seamless integration and consistent service delivery
- Attend client meetings, as needed
- Keep personal knowledge of technology trends up to date
- Participate in scheduled huddles/meetings and contribute to organizational metrics
- Identify and pursue opportunities for continuous improvement as it relates to career objectives
- Make sure that all team members cultivate, build, and maintain relationships
- Perform miscellaneous jobrelated duties that help move company initiatives forward, as assigned
- IT supportrelated experience minimum 5 years
- Management role experience minimum 2 years
- Managed Service Provider experience an asset
- Expertlevel analytical, organizational, and decisionmaking skills
- Expertlevel organizational, presentation, and customer service skills
- Able to multitask, adapt to changes quickly, and identify new priorities as they arise
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills to guide and motivate teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative work culture
