What's the role?

The Field Service Technician will be trained on large tire changeovers; be based out of our YellowHead Trail NW location in Edmonton and is responsible for responding to highway and after-hour night calls on a rotational basis.

They work out of a Kal Tire Road Service Vehicle fitted with all the necessary tools and equipment to provide excellent service to our customers by performing front shop, off-site fleet and roadside assistance.

Hours:

Full Time 44hrs/week
Monday-Friday 8am5pm
Rotating Saturdays & On Call afterhours

What kind of person are we looking for?

You're interested in the automotive industry and like working within a high energy, fast paced team environment.
You have a strong mechanical aptitude and ability to problem solve on the spot.
Delivering a great customer experience is important to you.
You have at least 1 year of roadside service/ tire technician experience (preferred)
You are comfortable driving and working at night as
You have a valid drivers licence and a clean drivers abstract
You like being active throughout your day and have no problem lifting 50+ lb tires
You're always safety conscious, wear your required PPE and follow safe work protocols as instructed.
