Compensation:
$50,000 +/year

What You Will Be Doing:

Prepares, posts, verifies, and records payments and transactions related to accounts receivable
Drafts correspondence for standard pastdue accounts and collections, identifies delinquent accounts by reviewing files, and contacts delinquent accounts to request payment
Schedule warranty maintenance for multiple locations and brands
Ensure accuracy and compliance for warranty
Accounts receivable for Warranty companies and Vendors/Customers,
Confirmation of all criteria as required by manufacturers and any third parties involved
Maintain knowledge of any and all recalls on products
All other duties as assigned

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous warranty or collections experience is considered an asset
Accounts Receiveable experience is required
Great communication and organization skills
Valid G Driver's License
Clean Drivers Abstract
Technically savvy
Hardworking and ability to take pride in work
Attention to detail
