You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment or systems following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs.
How you will contribute
You are a key ingredient in changing how the world snacks.
With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability and morale targets.
You will use execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM (autonomous maintenance) and PM (progressive maintenance) standards and ensure that safety processes are observed, and that quality assurance activities are performed.
You will understand the losses in their area and equipment and report them.What you will bring

Under the direction of the Supply Chain Shift Leader and working closely with the Operations and Maintenance departments, the Palletizer Operator operates, monitors, adjusts, and maintains the robotic palletizing systems to ensure efficient and effective operation.
You will:
Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free workplace to aid in the prevention of workplace accidents.
Verify the production schedule and re-program the computerized palletizing system (i.e., product codes, pallet type, etc.) to ensure that appropriate standards are met.
Regularly monitor and adjust the robotic palletizing systems to maintain efficient operation and prevent unplanned downtime.
Operate the Rail-Guided Vehicles (i.e., resets RGV) if needed.
Proactively analyze and correct basic system failures by conducting the proper trouble shooting in the palletizing system.
Proactively implement IL6S in the palletizing systems by creating and maintaining the proper equipment standards (Safety Maps, Centerlines, CIL, OPLs, and Kaizens).
Assist the Shipping Leaders, Electricians, and Mechanics with basic repairs of the palletizing system.
Perform root cause investigations to any equipment failure to eliminate the recurrence of the failures.
Assist in Shipping as required.
Perform other duties as assigned.

Demonstrated ability to work in a safe competent manner, following safety rules and procedures as required.
Demonstrated ability to follow all GMP guidelines.
Must be a strong performer who demonstrates reliability, an excellent attendance record, excellent teamwork, and strong self-directed individual and group work ethic.
Be proficient at performing basic computer operations using the mouse and keyboard.
Have proven mechanical/electrical aptitude and a keen desire to learn.
Reading - English: Must be able to read and comprehend different types of written documents.
Writing - English: Must be able to record information during testing and set-up. Must also be able to complete all department documentation associated with the position.
Forklift licenses for BT Walkie Rider, Narrow Aisle, and Counterbalance are an asset.
Work Schedule:24/7B shift / Flexibility is required. You may be required to work overtime and change shifts depending on production requirements.
