As the successful applicant you will:
- Have
- 5 years of experience in payroll administration capacity
- Be proficient in MS Office products such as MS Word and Excel
- Maintain a level of confidentiality and discretion at all times
- Have
- Have
- Be detail oriented and have excellent organizational skills
- Previous experience with ADP WorkForce Now considered an asset
In this exciting role, you will:
- Process bi-weekly, monthly and year-end payroll for salaried, hourly and commission based employees in a timely and accurate manner
- Data entry of timesheets, supplemental and vacation requests
- Provide highend customer service to employees regarding their pay and benefits queries
- Administer the employee Group Benefit Plan including new hire setup, employee record maintenance and status changes
- Reconciliation of recurring payroll and benefit accounts and statements
- Maintain employee personnel files
- Prepare T4s
- Process ROE's
- Respond in a timely manner to all internal and external requests and inquiries
- Assist with the process and administration of WCB claims, OH&S training
- Assist with the Onboarding process for new employees
- Post job ads on online sites
