The Bilingual Customer Service Representative is responsible for handling all communication with the end users of our products & programs while providing an exceptional customer experience to ensure that decisions are aligned with the company's culture.

You have excellent organization skills
You have strong problem solving skills
You have experience in using Excel, Outlook and Word
You have the ability to multitask and work well in a fast paced environment while under pressure
