How your role will add to the story:

As a Parts Wholesale Manager, you will support the growth of the Mercedes-Benz Canada Customer Pay business in the area of Wholesale Parts to both mechanical and collision Independent Service Providers (ISPs) in partnership with our dealers.

You will regularly coordinate programs with all our vendor partners, including Mercedes Headquarters and local suppliers, as well as develop campaigns to support our parts sales to ISPSs in partnership with National Marketing.


A day in the life

  • Represent the company through Dealers visits in partnership with the Regional Service Managers (RSMs) to steer Dealer performance while providing performance insights and defining action plans to increase Dealer performance.
  • Work with Mercedes Headquarters on Parts Trading initiatives and tools such as B2B Connect/Webparts Ecommerce platform.
  • Lead the management with third part Vendors for B2B solutions such as CollisionLink and Revolution Parts while overseeing the process for invoicing and ensuring issues are resolved with vendors in a timely manner
  • Support the transition to automated reporting with the Digital Team and Business Development Analysts that achieves timely reporting and insights to make better business decisions
  • Support new Dealer onboarding and training for the Parts Trading program as well as lead to create a promotions calendar with National Marketing
  • Work with Dealer staff and Dealer Field Teams on goto market plans to push online and offline sales of genuine and remanufactured parts
  • Ensure that Dealer engagement of promotions is monitored, reported and followed up on to ensure maximum engagement in promotions
  • Provide feedback and Parts Trading perspective to the Parts Pricing Team to ensure that pricing fits MBCan strategy
  • Lead the direction on which initiatives should be worked on for the Canadian market coming from the Parts Trading Team in headquarters, MBUSA or local specific initiatives
  • Create execution plans including budget requirements, business plans and qualitative justification to support the investment in new initiatives.
  • Maintain the requirements for the MB Canada Parts Trading program by tracking Dealer's compliance to the requirements
