Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized Dispatcher to elevate our team's performance.

If you have a knack for juggling multiple tasks, can masterfully navigate high-pressure situations, and are passionate about superior customer service, we want to hear from you.

Duties and Responsibilities
Dispatch new installations, service calls, and other work orders through our customer portal system

Develop and modify daily service routes in collaboration with management

Act as a communication liaison between customers, installers, and management

Cultivate strong relationships with installers and customers to manage last-minute schedule changes

Book appointments with customers based on team availability

Achieve monthly targets set by management to earn performance bonuses


What You Bring
High school diploma/GED required

Exceptional organizational and strong written and oral communication skills

Knowledge of local roadways

Ability to thrive in high-pressure, team-oriented environments

Salary:
$17.00-$18.00 per hour
