Customer Service Representative.

An excellent opportunity to join a dynamic team liaising with warehouse floor staff, lead hands, shipping/receiving departments etc. to ensure customer satisfaction & compliance of SLA (Service Level Agreements).


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Creating inbound and out bound orders in our Warehouse management System (WMS) and upload in client's system
  • Releasing and Closing orders in WMS and customer systems.
  • Creating DN (delivery note/packing slip) for each carton processed & shipped.
  • Checking and balancing Inbounds and outbound in our WMS vs Customer's WMS daily to ensure inventory is balanced.
  • Making appointments / scheduling pickups with our Remco transportation team and other carriers.
  • Using customer intransit report to track and confirm shipments.
  • Problem solving, identifying, and communicating order processing delays.
  • Prepare billing for multiclient in timely manner.
  • Monitoring & communicate to the customer and supervisor for all the supplies in timely manner.
  • Creating and updating reports in excel as per customer request or internal reports.
  • Liaising with various departments in the warehouse concerning shipments
  • Participate in some warehouse functions when required.
  • Other administrative tasks and projects as required.
  • Preparing BOL and submitting routing request
  • Providing Planning details to the TL or account manager daily before Planning Meeting.
  • Work with TL/AM to ensure SOPs are up to date.
  • Other duties that may be assigned by supervisor.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Experience in an administrative/Customer Service role in a warehouse environment is preferred.
  • Basic understanding of 3PL warehouse functions
  • Good communication skills, both verbal and written is required
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Microsoft Outlook, WMS; overall computer literacy
  • Ability to organize, prioritize and multitask in a fast paced environment
  • High Attention to detail even when under pressure
  • Adapt well to changing responsibilities
  • Can work independently as well in a team environment with mínimal supervision
  • Ability to handle a high volume of responsibilities
