Summary:

We are recruiting for an exciting
Sales & Marketing Administrator opportunity based out of our Burnaby Automation Centre.

This role is hybrid in nature, supporting our Burnaby Sales team, Marketing Communications team and Facilities & Office Services team.


Role and Responsibilities:


  • Provide administrative support for Sales team members including scheduling meetings and conference calls, preparing meeting minutes, providing support with presentations/reports/spreadsheets, and general documents/letters
  • Provide administrative support to the Marketing team and support the maintenance of sales enablement tools, including goodwill and our intranet site
  • Work with the Digital Selling Team to coordinate content for local marketing campaigns
  • Support the Events Coordinator at customer events and tradeshows
  • Maintain a directory and inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all resources are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials as needed
  • Provide general daily administration support
  • Participate as an active member of the Facilities & Office Services team, and provide backup coverage to team members
  • Provide reception coverage on a multiline switchboard

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Postsecondary education in Business, Marketing or Communications
  • Strong Microsoft Office computer skills at an intermediate level (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) an asset
  • Prior experience with supporting inperson and virtual events
  • Strong "Customer First" focus
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills
  • Positive team player, strong interpersonal skills, and an ability to work collaboratively with team members and customers
  • Demonstrates a high degree of professionalism, discretion, and integrity
  • Strong organization and timemanagement skills
  • Occasional travel may be required to support customer/company events
  • Entrepreneurial work ethic
