Position:

Part Time
Night Auditor
Four Points by Sheraton Mississauga Meadowvale


Responsibilities:

̈ Review Night Audit and Front Desk Logbooks

̈ Exemplifies the Service Culture at the Hotel

̈ Run tapes for all postings and balance each department.

̈ Review and balance all credit cards with the Trans-select machines and PMS.

̈ Close batches for Restaurant, Lounge and Front Desk.

̈ Suspend all interfaces; reconcile all open folios, run tape back up for Galaxy, run end of day reports.

̈ Complete the adjustment log, credit card report, paid out log and F & B adjustments.

̈ Reconcile F & B checks and close Micros nightly.

̈ Print accounting & sales reports.

̈ Responsible for Express Check outs.

̈ Perform GSA functions such as check in and check out of guests.

̈ Any other activities as outlined by FOM


Skill Requirements:


  • Minimum 1 year hotel or related accounting experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and administration skills;
  • Proficient / familiarity with computerized systems (Galaxy/Lightspeed/Micros).
  • Ability to deal with all levels of management in a professional manner.
  • Proven ability to manage multitasked assignments.
  • Selfmotivated team player with strong organizational and problemsolving skills.

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 24 per week


Salary:
$19.00-$21.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift
  • Weekends only

Experience:


  • Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
