- Assisting with clearing costs in our financial system (SAP)
- Preparing and posting journal entries
- Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Provide support in pulling evidence for ongoing audits
- Assist in creating billing invoices to be sent to customers
- Assisting with reporting tasks and KPI creation
- Other projects as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, communication and organizational skills
- Well-developed interpersonal, team, and customer service communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Intermediate to advanced MS Office Suite computer skills
- Ability to set and meet deadlines and work independently
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced, deadline oriented, growth environment
- Previous office experience
- Experience with SAP – FI and MM modules (S4/Hana preferred)
- Power BI knowledge

Description
Transportation Accounting Co-op/Intern StudentLocated out of our Calgary office, the individual in the accounting student role will report to the Manager, Transportation Finance.
The successful candidate will be a member of the team assisting with Transportation Accounting functions.Start Date:
September 3, 2024, for 8, 12, or 16 months with opportunity to extend.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Preparing account reconciliations
Post-secondary student who has completed their 2nd or 3rd year in university or college from a Business, Finance or Accounting program

Full time:
Monday to Friday; 40 hours per week, on site.
