Maibec CanExel is a trusted leader in prefinished siding, located in East River, Nova Scotia (just outside of Hubbards) with a long history of manufacturing exterior siding that is designed to be exceptionally durable while maintaining its authentic beauty.

Due to recent growth at our facility, we are expanding our operations team. Labourers/Operators are an integral part of our team and are leaders in safe practices.

These positions pay a minimum of
$20.02 per hour with significant wage increases within the first 2 years of employment and opportunities to be trained for specific jobs that are paid at higher rates.

Operating equipment
Equipment cleaning
Fire watch
Sorting product
General cleaning

Requirements:

2 years of experience in an industrial setting preferred
Ability and desire to work varying shifts
8 hour shift

s, 12 hour shifts, days, nights, weekends, holidays

Forklift and/or heavy equipment operator experience would be considered an asset

All offers of employment are conditional on successful completion of a background check and pre-employment medical.
