Description

We are looking to hire an Account Representative to work with our our general agency / wholesale insurance business based in Mississauga.

-
Your Role :Reporting to the supervisor, you will be a member of our Customer Service team and will work on our mid market and small business commercial client accounts. Strong communication and relationship building skills are important skill required for this role.

Your Responsibilities:


  • Set up and Maintaining client files
  • Process Policy Endorsements, New Business and Renewals
  • Invoicing and binder issuance
  • Input claim notices
  • Prepare Renewal reports

Your Skills and Experiences:


  • Minimum 1 years in the insurance industry
  • University or College Degree/Diploma preferred
  • CAIB, CIP, CRM or equivalent (or working towards) an asset
  • Understanding of the Property and Casualty insurance market; strong business acumen; high degree of professionalism
  • Microsoft Office Suite of Products experience
  • Detail oriented, positive team player, ability to work in a fastpaced environment, adaptable and flexible, strong communication skills
