provides heating, electrical, refrigeration, cooling, plumbing and contracting services and is new to the Hamilton/Stoney Creek area, but don't shy away from that as the owner has over 32 years of experience in the industry, with a large customer base already established and covers the GTA area as well the greater Hamilton including Niagara Falls.

Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for general handy person, general repair and maintenance work
  • Knowledge and ability to install and repair drywall, painting, carpentry, Tbar ceilings, tiling, minor electrical and plumbing for commercial properties
  • Day to day service calls
  • Have ability to inter act with store managers/associates and home owners in a professional and confident manner
  • Ability to source material and parts for jobs
  • Good communication skills both written and oral
  • Ability to work independently and with others

Qualifications:


  • 5+ years experience in construction/ maintenance
  • Standard practices, methods and tools used in construction trade
  • Tools both manual and electrical for the construction trade
  • Proper knowledge and methods of storing equipment, materials and supplies
  • Knowledge of safety practices with regard to health and safety
  • Working at Heights Certificate (Fall Arrest Protection)

Compensation, Benefits and Perks:


  • Competitive hourly rate
  • Company Truck (note: a driver abstract will be required if hired)
  • Uniform provided

Salary:
$26.00-$28.00 per hour
