WHAT WE OFFER

  • Permanent position, fulltime ;
  • Daytime working hours Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00 ;

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Answer incoming phone calls in a timely manner ;
  • Enter customer orders, suggest purchase of additional products and provide technical assistance to customers if needed ;
  • Research customer complaints and answer questions ;
  • Consult with management for instructions to resolve complaints within 24 hours ;
  • Make weekly calls to customers to take orders for scheduled deliveries ;
  • Recommend additional products that may be needed to complete the order and additional items that are needed ;
  • Develop product knowledge to be able to specify and recommend products to customers ;
  • Participate in the weekly branch sales meeting ;
  • Communicates market information to the Customer Service Team and Branch Manager ;
  • Other related duties may be assigned to meet the needs of the business.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Sales experience (required);
  • Computer skills (required) ;
  • Knowledge of trailer parts or industrial parts distribution (asset);
  • Autonomous and attentive to detail;
  • Problemsolving ability and excellent customer service skills ;
  • Anticipate and identify customer needs;
  • Must be reliable, responsible and have good judgment ;
  • Ability to work independently with little direct supervision ;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Professionalism towards colleagues, customers and suppliers;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
