What you'll do:


  • Daytoday management on delivery of sponsorship and XM campaigns with direction from the Manager and Director, ranging from advance planning and coordination of events/experiences to inperson feetontheground execution.
  • Owning and/or supporting development of exciting and innovative proposals on solutions for existing and new clients including hosting brainstorming sessions, strategy, quoting of solutions.
  • Onsite work at our activations and programs including support with managing setup & teardown of events, managing support staff (such as Brand Ambassadors) onsite.
  • Project managing programs from creating project plans, critical paths, managing timelines and supporting team members (such as Project Coordinators) to keep team on track through to execution.
  • Working closely with crossfunctional teams ranging from creative to digital solutions ensuring all timelines are being met, including reviewing program assets.
  • Closely managing the financials of your projects, including overall budget management of largescale sponsorship and XM campaign/projects, pulling financial reports, managing vendor invoices, managing client invoices, vendor negotiations, support with contract review & negotiations.
  • Building a great relationship with our clients, providing regular status updates, and constantly communicating with them.
  • Evaluating sponsorships and preparing presentations with overview and POV on the proposal for various clients, based on business challenges or goals.
  • Ownership and responsibility for all elements within the project lifecycle, including creating postevent reports for clients on results of projects/campaigns.
  • Establish strategic partnership by constantly looking for ways to innovate and enhance the projects.
  • Support management of Bond and clientowned assets, including inventory, condition, and repairs.
  • Provide support with integrating influencers, local media outlets, videographers, photographers into programs/campaigns.

What you'll have:


  • A minimum of 35 years of professional experience, involving the management of various projects in a clientfacing capacity within a project management role.
  • A postsecondary degree or diploma in Sports and/or Event marketing preferred (not required but considered an asset).
  • Experience in the Automotive industry and experiential marketing discipline is ideal.
  • Experienced and knowledgeable with retail marketing, promotions, and success with building brand awareness.
  • You have strong project management competencies (planning, scheduling, managing multiple priorities, meeting deadlines).
  • Bilingual language skills (French/English) written and verbal is an asset.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication (oral and written), presentation, and organization skills.
  • Exceptional listening, analytical, attention to detail, prioritization, problemsolving, and decisionmaking skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite strong level of proficiency using Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, as well as handson functional knowledge and navigation of various Project Management software.
  • Willingness and flexibility to work outside of regular operating hours and travel as required.
