Description

Costco Pharmacy is looking to hire a Certified Pharmacy Clerk for our location in Surrey, BC.
This is a regular part time position - minimum 25 hours per week over 5 days.

Daily tasks and responsibilities:

Provide prompt and courteous patient service
Take in member prescriptions gathering all necessary information
Enter prescriptions accurately and timely with minimum supervision
Package, label, and stock medications
Compound mixtures and suspensions
Answer the phone and be able to troubleshoot problems
Communicate with members, coworkers, health care professionals and suppliers
Retrieve filled prescriptions and process register transactions

Qualifications:

Completion of a certified Pharmacy Technician program from an accredited institution is required
Strong communication skills required
Knowledge of Kroll software (or other computer/data entry skills) is an asset

Job Type:
Part-time

Part-time hours: 25 per week

Salary:
$17.00-$23.00 per hour
