We are looking to expand our team here at P. Munro Group, a division of Urban Life Solutions. If you are an experienced
Landscape Maintenance Laborer, we are looking for you


This position is ideal for someone who has experience in the landscape field and who enjoys working outside G driver's license and clean abstract is require, no exceptions.


Responsibilities:

Drive crews from site to site to complete tasks
Compact and remove trash and debris from community area
Maintain all grounds, including sidewalks, public walkways and stairways, building exteriors, and garden areas in a neat, clean and attractive condition
Perform basic maintenance related work requests
Mow lawn, trims shrubbery, and cultivates flowers
Report potentially unsafe conditions promptly to manager
Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness in work performed


Key Requirements:

Demonstrate a high degree of personal integrity and leadership skills
Strong communication, organizational, and time management skills
Strong attention to detail, multi tasking skills and results focused
Prior experience in a landscape maintenance environment is necessary
Ability to lift at least 50lbs repeatedly
Valid G driver's license
Ability to tow a trailer
