Key responsibilities include:

Work with clients to assess their needs and perform counter sales
Problemsolve customer issues and ensure they get the right product for their project
Create quotes for clients for LBM projects such as decks, sheds, fencing, roofing, windows and door packages
Create and process special orders ensuring that delivery and completion of sale occurs
Provide first contact on the phone for clients
Support company policy and procedures and make sure they are being carried out correctly
Lumber and building material knowledge
Customer Service Experience
Enjoys working in a team environment
Strong time management
Detail orientated
Cash Management
Computer, math and communication skills
