    We are looking for a Finance Generalist (hybrid) to join our team

    In tandem, our affiliate, GOJI Living, is a growing real estate company. We currently oversee contemporary apartment complexes with a portfolio valued at $40 million. Our target is to scale this to $100 million by the end of 2025.

    We need a Finance Generalist who can skillfully analyze financial data, adeptly handle multiple tasks, and support the finance department in maintaining impeccable and timely financial records.

    You'll play a crucial role, providing support in various areas such as accounting, budgeting, and financial reporting.

    Responsibilities:
    Support the day-to-day financial operations of the organization
    Accounts Receivable coordination including billing support
    Assist with accounts payable and payroll
    Communicate with clients
    Support administrative functions for finance and other departments
    Identity opportunities to improve efficiency and effectiveness of current processes
    Support the CFO in ad hoc special projects and analysis


    Qualifications:
    ~ Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
    ~3+ years of experience in a finance role
    ~ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    ~ Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
    ~ Experience with accounting software and excel considered an asset
