Description

Duties & Responsibilities:


  • Purchasing and creating sale/purchase orders
  • Creating pricing for dealer & retailers; invoicing; and notifying retailers
  • Creating/updating parts book and diagrams using Microsoft Excel to create formulas to calculate pricing
  • Maintaining inventory levels of parts and materials
  • Receiving and inspecting incoming parts
  • Storing and organizing parts and materials in the warehouse
  • Restocking low/out of stock inventory items
  • Coordinating with vendors and customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
  • Assisting with the shipping and receiving of parts and materials
  • Helping to maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
  • Communicating effectively with colleagues and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts

Skills:


  • Experience/knowledge of inventory management or logistics (x years)
  • Microsoft Navision experience considered an asset
  • Determined to learn, expand and maintain knowledge of our products/services
  • Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Ability to problem solve and be detail orientated
  • Strong Excel experience
