Parts Coordinator - Burlington, Canada - Aquiform
Description
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Purchasing and creating sale/purchase orders
- Creating pricing for dealer & retailers; invoicing; and notifying retailers
- Creating/updating parts book and diagrams using Microsoft Excel to create formulas to calculate pricing
- Maintaining inventory levels of parts and materials
- Receiving and inspecting incoming parts
- Storing and organizing parts and materials in the warehouse
- Restocking low/out of stock inventory items
- Coordinating with vendors and customers to resolve any issues or discrepancies with orders
- Assisting with the shipping and receiving of parts and materials
- Helping to maintain accurate records of inventory, orders, and deliveries
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely delivery of parts and materials
- Communicating effectively with colleagues and vendors to ensure timely and accurate delivery of parts
Skills:
- Experience/knowledge of inventory management or logistics (x years)
- Microsoft Navision experience considered an asset
- Determined to learn, expand and maintain knowledge of our products/services
- Good organizational, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Ability to problem solve and be detail orientated
- Strong Excel experience
