**Responsibilities:
- **Implementing and supporting SAP Materials Management (MM), Sales and Distribution (SD), Process Integration (PI) modules and EDI (Purchase Orders, Sales Orders, and Invoices)


Working knowledge in Finance and Controlling (FI/CO), Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) modules and SAP Supplier Relationship Management (SRM), Mobile Integration (MI) and Business Intelligence (BI) are an asset.

Providing support for SAP MM Module, troubleshooting and resolving issues & requests within targeted SLA.

Manage incidents reported by users and follow-up promptly.

Working closely with different teams (eg: basis, ABAP, COE) to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely.

Prepare functional specifications and carry out a necessary review with the business and COE team.

Carry out Unit Test, System Integration Test, and its related documentation.

Support user in carrying out User Acceptance Test.

Participate in deployment to production and post-deployment support.

Update system documentation and training documents/user manual.

Prepare internal presentation and proposal whenever necessary.

**Desired Qualifications:
- *
  • You must have experience in Supply Chain Management
  • Strong experience in SAP MM with strong functional knowledge of procurement
    P2P flow.
  • Good understanding of Buy/Sell Procurement flow.
  • Good understanding of Planning flow including internal and external Planning engine integrations.
  • Good understanding of inbound/outbound EDI integrations to/from SAP, typically in the procure to pay flow.
  • Must have excellent skills in requirement gathering, analysis, solution designing, and gap analysis.
**MUST Have:
- **Ability to work after business hours and weekends as required to ensure continued Help Desk support cover for non-core hours

Experience in working with Remedy Incident and Service Request Management
