We have a passion for helping people financially through impeccable customer service.As a Customer Relations Specialist, you will manage client agreements with credit counsellors and trustees as well as negotiate monthly payment plans and record payments received.
Responsibilities:
- Efficiently enter clients' agreements into the software, ensuring accurate and timely documentation.
- Engage in negotiations with credit counsellors to establish feasible and mutually beneficial monthly payment plans.
- Maintain professional and effective communication with credit counsellors, ensuring clear understanding of our clients' financial needs.
- Receive checks from credit counsellors and trustees, promptly enter payment details into the clients' profiles, and ensure accuracy in recording transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by promptly responding to client inquiries, addressing concerns, and offering appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with other team members to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance the overall customer experience.
- Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to lending, credit counselling, and debt management.
- Demonstrate a strong commitment to personal growth and actively seek opportunities to expand knowledge and skills within the lending industry.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred.
- Previous experience in a customer service role, preferably within the financial or lending industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively interact with credit counsellors, trustees, and clients.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry to maintain precise client records.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fastpaced environment.
- Exceptional problemsolving skills and the ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Selfmotivated and resultsoriented individual who thrives in a teambased environment.
- High level of integrity and commitment to maintaining client confidentiality
