Your journey within the Innovate Program will start as System Project Manager During this program you will spend 6 months in Sweden and potentially one more international assignment You can read more about the program here.

We use simulators to optimize signal processing algorithms and radio resource management but also collect and analyze data from customer networks and solve customer problems.

To take the next step in expanding our capabilities, we are seeking a creative, and encouraging System Project Manager to join our exciting journey.

Our 18-months Early Career gives you an outstanding opportunity to shape the future for Ericsson 5G Radio Access Network functionality.

Your home unit will be in Canada including different rotations and one international assignment.

The program will focus on developing your skills as a leader from different perspectives, such as people, strategic and technology leadership.

During the program you will be mentored by one of our leaders and attend several learning modules, both online and on site.

As the world is constantly evolving, one of your tasks will be to lead different change initiatives, along with coaching and developing individuals, teams and organizations.

- MSc or PhD in an Engineering field & 0-3 years work experience- Leadership skills either from industry, academia or social activities- Interest in innovation with the ability to think creatively- Mobile communication system experience is considered as a merit- Desire and the ability to work in a multicultural environment- A global mentality and willingness to relocate internationally- Solid communication skills and proficiency in English

This role reports to a Line Manager in Baseband.
