Description
Keep financial records and maintain and balance accounts using quickbooks accounting system. Prepare all payroll cheques. Maintain general ledgers and financial statements. Bank reconciliation monthly. Post all journal entries. Prepare other financial and accounting reports.Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable updated records.
Contact with all customers on a regular basis.
Good working knowledge of quickbooks, excel and word
Must be a multi tasker
Salary:
From $55,000.00 per year
