DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Wash Dishes, including scrubbing of pots, pans and silverware.
Wash, peel and cut vegetables and fruit. Stock refrigerators and salad bar.
Prepare highquality pizzas, salads & appies according to restaurant guidelines & customer orders.
Plate or package menu items appropriately.
Manage food tickets and ensure that customers' orders are completed in a timely manner.
Maintain a clean workstation and sterilize equipment.
Cleaning and sanitizing.
Remove kitchen garbage and trash.
Handle and store cleaning products.
Sweep & mop floors.
Other duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Selfmotivated, hardworking, friendly, adaptable and highly customer focused.
Ability to take direction and remain calm under pressure while working in a fastpaced environment.
Organizational skills and an ability to multitask.
Able to spend 100% of the time standing.
Previous experience in a commercial kitchen environment required.
Reliable transportation required.
