This is a customer facing position responsible for leading our Maintenance and Service initiatives for the Sudbury lease and rental fleet with the goal to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience.


Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Assists our customers with coordinating running repairs and over the road breakdown support. Provides feedback and follows up with our team's progress.
  • Coordinates mobile service repairs and appointments with our customers.
  • Works alongside our locations' Service Managers and Customer Service Representatives to coordinate customers' vehicles, scheduling in for running repairs, Preventative Maintenance, and Annual Motor Vehicle Inspections. This includes creating repair orders, communicating progress updates to customers and monitoring to confirm timely completion.
  • Reviews internal and external repair estimates and invoices for accuracy and ensures all possible warranty and policy claims have been exhausted. Works directly with our Service Departments to address any outstanding items.
  • Updates our Maintenance and Service online tools to track and monitor our performance as a Team.
  • Oversees our customer chargeback process.
  • Manages and supervises all telematic hardware installations.
  • Checks Lease portal daily (for breakdowns).
  • Manages and updates preventative maintenance (PM) schedule for lease and rental fleet.
  • Manages towing (if required).

Basic Qualifications

  • Secondary School Diploma or equivalent (GED).
  • Postsecondary education; College or University Diploma/Degree is preferred.
  • Two years' experience in an automotive and/or industrial setting.
  • Sales experience is an asset.
  • Valid Class G Driver's License required. DZ Driver's License is an asset.
  • Driven to succeed in the following areas: customer experience, administrative skills, time management, proficiency with computers and mobile devices (and related software).
  • Detail oriented with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
