Warehouse Lead Hand who focuses on customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:


  • Load and unload material.
  • Play an active role in picking orders.
  • Assist in inventory cycle counts.
  • Drive a forklift.
  • Provide exceptional experience to both internal and external customers.
  • Lead warehouse employees and set a good example.
  • Oversee shipping and receiving, when needed.
  • Assist in the reorganization of the warehouse or any other warehouse projects and or duties, as required.

What you need to be Successful:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in shipping, receiving and order picking.
  • Previous experience in leading a warehouse team.
  • Forklift license and forklift experience are a must.
  • Ability to lift and move up to 80 lbs.
  • Team player with excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • Energetic and strong organizational skills.
