Are you a natural 'people person?' Do you love helping others? We are looking for two new people to contribute to our team The
Customer Service Representative is the first point of contact for our customers calling in for support on their forestry equipment.
- Demonstrate product features and benefits effectively
- Provide aftersales support and followup to ensure customer satisfaction
- Actively participate in sales promotions and marketing initiatives
- Maintain physical layout, condition, and organization of showroom and/or technical department to ensure a clean and safe work environment.
- General office duties and other tasks as business needs arise
Our ideal new team member will possess the following:
- Positive and motivated attitude with a strong compassion for customers and sales
- Comfortability speaking on the phone regularly to customers, with patience
- Customer Service experience and/or Tier 1 help desk
- Computer skills the ability to easily navigate software (MS Dynamics is an asset), and the ability to type with attention to detail
- Strong written communication skills, including grammar and spelling
- Capability to manage time and prioritize tasks effectively
- Capability to become a product expert in a range of products and deliver this information to customers in a clear and professional manner
- Efficiency and accuracy when obtaining customer and order information
- Ability to keep composure under pressure and deescalate conflict
Fluency in French is an asset
