What You'll Be Doing

What You'll Need to be Successful

  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate the achievement of business objectives in accordance with applicable policies, procedures, and controls.
. Provides a variety of general office support services and administrative tasks to support one or more business groups and facilitate group operations.

. Contribute to and maintain policies, procedures, and manuals.

. Defined projects or tasks under direct supervision.

. Plan and schedule meetings, presentations, and other office-related events; sends reminders about upcoming events.

. Maintains office supply inventory, checks the stock of supplies, places facilitates the execution of office supply orders and verifies receipt of office supplies.

. Assist in the preparation of presentation materials.

. Assist in the onboarding of new employees, including tracking upcoming training enrollments.

. Support compliance tracking and uniform assignment.
