We are looking for someone who demonstrates attention to details, creativity, with strengths in marketing, communications, and teamwork.


Primary Accountabilities

  • Coordinating calendars, meetings and agendas and maintaining filing records.
  • Assisting with monitoring budget related documents.
  • Performing other routine daytoday operational tasks, including tracking and ordering supplies.
  • Strict adherence to client privacy and confidentiality.
  • Showing respect for all people regardless of gender expression, sexual orientation, ability, cultural or ethnic background, etc.
  • Contribute to the planning and implementation of marketing initiatives.
  • Manage content creation and update company websites, blogs/vlogs, social channels, and marketing materials.
  • Manage social platform scheduling and analytic reporting (ie Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)

Position Details

Hours of work:
Part-time - potential to lead to full-time

Work Location:
Suite Cobequid Road, Lower Sackville

Position Requirements:
Current Criminal Records Check, High School Diploma or equivalent. Post Secondary School an Asset but not required, Experience an Asset but not required. Will Train.


Knowledge and Skills Required:


  • Strong attention to detail with quality output
  • Entrepreneurial selfstarter who adapts well to changing environments
  • Experience with social media strategy and design fundamentals
  • Proficient computer and software design skills Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Canva).
  • Exceptional written, oral, presentation and communications skills
  • Excels in performing with tact and professionalism
  • High level of creativity, integrity, and dependability
  • Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to plan, organize, and prioritize work
  • Motivated by continuous learning and taking on new challenges

$15.11-$20.00 per hour
