    About the Role

  • Develop an expert-level understanding of our application portfolio, identifying strengths and vulnerabilities to devise innovative solutions for current and anticipated challenges.
  • Lead the technical design and architecture for key components and/or interdisciplinary teams, setting a standard for excellence.
  • Craft and communicate a forward-looking vision for your team that is in harmony with the company's strategic objectives and operational priorities.
  • Convert project objectives and product strategies into structured technical plans, ensuring alignment and focus.
  • Leverage the latest industry insights and your professional experience to guide the team in enhancing our software solutions, work environment, and operational processes.
  • Offer strategic direction and hands-on support to the development team, removing barriers and ensuring projects remain on course and progressive.
  • Mentor and elevate team members through technical workshops, thorough code reviews, and collaborative programming exercises.
  • Act as a pivotal technical resource in addressing and resolving high-priority production issues, ensuring stability and performance.
  • Foster a collaborative partnership with business and product teams to ensure the successful execution and launch of key features and functionalities.
  • Engage in meaningful one-on-one discussions with team members to understand their aspirations and challenges, providing personalized support and guidance.
  • Conduct thorough performance evaluations, establishing clear expectations and accountability within the team, and promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

    • About You

  • Possess 7+ years of comprehensive experience in the systems development life cycle, software engineering, and delivering complex, enterprise-level solutions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in collaborating with third-party providers to facilitate seamless platform integrations.
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in agile scrum environments, contributing to the dynamic and iterative development of high-quality software.
  • A proven mentorship background, with a history of successfully fostering the growth and development of software engineers under your direct leadership.
  • Hold strong convictions on the attributes of exceptional software while remaining open and adaptable to new perspectives and methodologies.
  • Skilled in software estimation, adept at navigating the intricacies and uncertainties inherent in complex projects.
  • Data-driven decision-making is second nature to you, backed by a proficiency in using comprehensive analytics tools to monitor and optimize both applications and team performance.
  • Experience in digital product management and development, with a knack for guiding digital solutions from conception to launch.
  • Experienced in the development of large-scale applications within team settings, thriving in collaborative, cross-functional environments.
  • An excellent communicator, capable of demystifying complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders in a clear and coherent manner.
  • Well-versed in cutting-edge Agile technical practices, staying ahead of industry trends and methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience developing customer and business-facing applications using cutting-edge technologies such as Adobe Commerce, AEM, ReactJS, React Native, Kotlin, Swift, Python, GraphQL, and cloud platforms like AWS and Azure.
  • A robust understanding of Security Architecture, ensuring the integrity and protection of data and systems.
