Sales Representative

Salary:
$17/hr + Commission

Benefits:
Full Benefits package after 6 months.

Running the day-to-day sales activities of the business:

Oversee daily sales:
Take incoming sales calls
Claim online sales leads and estimates
Conduct daily sales follow ups with existing customers
Schedule weekly on site estimates for franchisee
Communicate daily / weekly sales goals to Operations
Manage store front sales and inventory
Engage in TMT approved marketing activities
Work closely with Lansing pay per click team and TMT Canada to maintain a

strong social media presence within territory.

Prepare weekly sales report to be discussed with the franchisee

Qualifications Required:

Min 2 years of experience in sales
Strong organizational skills with attention to details.
Ability to communicate easily to every level of the organization and customers
Ability to create and present reports
Ability to think outside the box and make decisions with minimum supervision
Ability to improve and / or create systems to enhance day to day sales performance of the

company.

Must be able to work long shifts and weekends if needed.

Must be willing to commit long term and be able to grow with the organization.
