About the Commercial Collection Specialist position

As part of the collections team, you will ensure the health of the organization's portfolio by coordinating the collection of accounts receivable assigned to you.

Collect accounts receivable;
Make agreements with clients to help them regularize their files;
Work in collaboration with various stakeholders such as trustees, lawyers, collection agencies, etc.;
Work in collaboration with those responsible of the takeovers;
Participate in the recovery of losses after liquidation of assets and determine the next steps in the process (lawyers, collection agencies, etc.);
Search missing customers
Any other tasks related to this position.

The profile we are looking for:

At least one year of experience in collections or any other experience relevant to the position
DEP in an appropriate discipline or equivalent experience;
Bilingual (English and French), both orally and in writing, in order to serve our teams located across Canada
Autonomy
Ability to negotiate and solve problems,
Communication skills
