Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be developing and managing relationships with our customers while liaising with our sales, warehouse, and service teams.
Customer service is the ideal role to rapidly grow into other areas of the company that interest you, including sales and marketing.
We highly encourage bringing individuality and new ideas into this role.Primary Duties and Responsibilities
- Qualify inbound sales opportunities and coordinate with the business development team.
- Establish and maintain a positive working relationship with our customers and monitor the sales transaction from processing sales orders to the fulfillment within Netsuite.
- Manage the service technicians' schedules, documenting equipment service notes and coordinating with customers' schedules.
- Proactively reach out to existing customer base to solicit both sales and service solutions and support accounts receivable follow up.
- Keep account information up to date when new contacts/information received.
- Adhere to FoodPak company and brand guidelines.
Requirements:
- A positive outlook and enthusiasm in engaging others.
- Highly organized, strong willingness to learn, and an ability to effectively manage time.
- 2+ years in a customer service or food industry role would be an asset.
