The Ministry of Technology & Innovation is currently seeking your talent to fill multiple vacancies and build our teams within the branches of Broadband and Strategic Support, Business Technology Operations, and Infrastructure and Service Management.
Program Services 3:
Service Design Analyst
The Service Design Analyst plans, organizes and coordinates the development and delivery of project deliverables for the initiation phase through to implementation of a product or service within the GoA service management platform.
These activities typically encompass a thorough review and/or re-engineering of policies, business rules, information requirements and supporting system processes, ensuring the objectives and schedules align with project and business goals.
Some of the responsibilities are:
- Lead working groups for service design and continual improvement activities for development within the ServiceNow platform.
- Provide analytical and business support to various projects in the form of research and, analysis. Incumbent requires competence in a broad spectrum of skills and is required to handle confidential information sensitivity, working under minimum supervision.
- Drawing on knowledge of business and client needs, business process design and project experience, support project management from inception to completion.
- Support design standards and design guidelines from within the design team for common fields, common terminology for requirements and UAT.
- Manage the organization changes from enabling technology and business process reengineering.
- Design and facilitate change management activities to ready users for the new business processes and tools
Role Responsibilities Contd:
Senior Mobile Wireless Service Analyst
Reporting to the Mobile Wireless Services Team Lead, the Mobile Wireless Services Analyst utilizes business analysis and quality assurance practices to establish effective delivery of these services across the GoA.
The Senior Mobile Wireless Specialist applies analysis and support skills to the GoA service management platform that is utilized cross government.
This includes the ongoing development of new services, service improvements and standardization of processes and procedures. This role is an integral part of the ongoing transformation of the mobile wireless services across the GoA. This role will support the definition of mobile wireless standards, processes and overall service improvements.Some of the responsibilities are:
- Identify options and recommendations for the purchase of hardware / software for the government in alignment to existing government and GoA purchasing requirements and business needs.
- Respond to a variety of IT service needs for the government in alignment with GoA requirements and timelines.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of unit operational policies, processes, and standards to support providing the best service possible to the Government.

Service Management Lead
Reporting to the Service Management Office Manager, the Service Management Lead supports Service and Process Owners throughout the Division with service management activities that will enable them to provision the best quality services possible to stakeholders in a consistent manner.
