We are seeking an IT Student for our
Winnipeg district, within our Canadian Buildings Division that is
available for 4 months starting in May 2023. This position will be under the direct supervisor of the Business Technology Manager.

As a Business Technology Student and depending on your assigned project, you will have the opportunity to contribute to our team by:

Responsibilities:

Providing tier 1 (phone) and 2 (in person) support to the district both in the office and various site locations
Managing Support Calls and walkin Support through ticketing software
Deployment of hardware (computers and phones)
Working with and assisting local Systems Administrators on projects and daily maintenance
Handling inventory management
Creating process documentation
Assisting Systems & Office Administrators in a variety of other systemsrelated tasks as required

Qualifications:

Knowledge of computers (Windows 10, Office 365, and basic hardware support)
Excellent Organization and Problem Solving Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Previous support experience is an asset
