Junior Drafter to join our amazing design team

Role and Responsibilities

Works within deadlines, goals, and ensures production quotas are met
Alter master plans to produce working drawings for single family homes, duplexes, and townhomes including grading
Operate computerassisted design (ArchiCAD) and drafting workstations
Ensures adherence to schedules for project completion and distribution
Works with other architecture team members to refine standards and processes
Check and verify working drawings to conform to specifications and design data
Prepare construction working drawings

Qualifications and Education Requirements

Diploma in Architectural Technology
At least 5 years' Canadian residential drafting experience required
Excellent knowledge of Alberta Building Code
Extensive experience with drafting methods and tools.
