As a Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following:

A mountain of sales data to be reviewed, analyzed and leads delegated
Reviewing and crossreferencing individual and team sales goals against current position adjusting the plan of attack accordingly
Crafting new sales initiatives and review it with the General Manager
Leading a sales team meeting, ensuring the team is well informed of sales initiatives

To land this role you need to have;

A University degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
5+ years related sales experience with an established track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
Direct to consumer sales or membership sales experience strongly preferred.
3+ years of leadership and personnel management experience including proven success in coaching and motivating teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
All management/leadership team members are required to have Standard First Aid and CPR
Level C Certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work

Compensation:

Base Salary $95,000 $100,000
Monthly Bonus opportunities up to 25%
Annual Bonus opportunities up to 10%
