As a Sales Manager, a typical day might include the following:
- A mountain of sales data to be reviewed, analyzed and leads delegated
- Reviewing and crossreferencing individual and team sales goals against current position adjusting the plan of attack accordingly
- Crafting new sales initiatives and review it with the General Manager
- Leading a sales team meeting, ensuring the team is well informed of sales initiatives
To land this role you need to have;
- A University degree or equivalent experience is strongly preferred.
- 5+ years related sales experience with an established track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals.
- Direct to consumer sales or membership sales experience strongly preferred.
- 3+ years of leadership and personnel management experience including proven success in coaching and motivating teams to achieve sales goals and objectives.
- All management/leadership team members are required to have Standard First Aid and CPR
- Level C Certification prior to start date and must be maintained throughout employment. CPR is to be renewed annually.
- All team members must provide a recent Criminal Background Check prior to commencement of training and/or work

Compensation:
- Base Salary $95,000 $100,000
- Monthly Bonus opportunities up to 25%
- Annual Bonus opportunities up to 10%
