Schedule

- (morning, evening or midnight)

Product condition, quality and quantity
Special requirements: piling instructions number per bundle, piling pattern, pallet instructions, load tag instruction
Complete order ticket, record setup and run information on order run status, obtain sign off for first off sample
Enter setup/run data into compute
Return previous dies and ink to die racks, mark and reroute dies needing repair
Bring the required ink to the work station
Maintain clean, organized and safe environment around the press
Make sure there is enough bottom sheets with the correct size to complete the order
If pallets are required, make sure there are enough pallets for the run
While the Second Operator is setting up the order, help with organizing, cleaning and preparing the infeed conveyor for the next order
Maintain the machine clean clean shafts, blowoff dust, wash cylinders and clean up scrap around machine
Review and fill out the Daily Cleaning Instruction Checklis

Adhere to and practice all safety rules as specified by company policy and government regulation
Keep the endfeed and infeed the section and surrounding area in clean, safe and organized condition

Safety Shoes, Safety Glasses, Ear Plugs

Understand and practice all Job Specific WHMIS/MSDS, Machine Specific Lockout, Job Specific Hazards and Risk Assessment
