We are looking for a highly motivated and energetic
Pricing Coordinator whose main objective will be to ensure highest level of customer satisfaction is preserved.


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for providing support to the Logistics Manager with relevant tasks.
  • Assisting in negotiating rates with domestic and crossborder customers.
  • Coordinate with the sales team to provide prospective clients the best rates to move freights and loads
  • Working closely with logistics team to establish exceptional cost/price strategies and customer proposals.
  • Maintaining professional communication during RFQ process regarding cost strategy and ensuring best pricing at each proposal
  • Conducting market research on trends and competitors pricing, growing, and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers.

Requirements:


  • Strong market knowledge and awareness in logistics market
  • Great negotiation skills to get the best rates
  • Experience working with Load Link and UFOS programs (asset)
  • Strong interpersonal, management and leadership skills
  • Strong organizational and problemsolving skills with analytic approach
  • Strong knowledge of computer skills (MS Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Ability to make decisions quickly
  • Fluency in verbal/written English
