We are looking for Licensing Consultant to join Element Fleet Management.

As the Licensing Consultant, you are responsible for processing and renewing vehicle registrations as well as responding to incoming inquiries & requests including billing related tasks relevant to the Licensing team.

Our clients depend on us every day to keep them on road and ensure they are always compliant.


A Day in the Life- Process Licensing Renewals Monitoring- Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks- Process billing for all Licensing related tasks- Ensure all billing is received and processed prior to billing cutoff for month in question- Timely reconciliation of assigned Credit Card account- Execute incoming Service Cloud requests, ensuring accurate, detailed and on time responses- Serve as Licensing Subject Matter Expert, assisting FPS and Commercial team as needed- Ensure deliverables are completed to satisfy the monthly requirements within benchmarks- Assist team to complete daily tasks during seasonal highs & vacation periods- Identify opportunities for process improvements.


Requirements:


  • Associate or bachelor's degree preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma required
  • Comprehensive understanding of Canadian Licensing regulations and requirements is an asset
  • Bilingual preferred but not required
  • Fleet industry experience is an asset years Customer Service experience preferred
  • Highly customer focused, disciplined and organized
  • Selfmotivated, positive
  • Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Detail oriented and accurate
  • Highly skilled in the use of Microsoft suite of office products
  • Technological aptitude and able to learn new programs easily
  • Strong decision making and problemsolving skills
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Productive worker with a solid work ethic
