Our Village of Wentworth Heights, located in Hamilton, Ontario has an exciting opportunity for a DIRECTOR of QUALITY and INNOVATION to join their LONG-TERM CARE village team.

To be successful as our New Director of Quality & Innovation, you will:
- Have post-secondary education in a health-related or quality improvement field
- Understand relevant policies, procedures, legislation and regulations applicable to the longterm care sector, including the Fixing Long-Term Care Act, 2021 and Health & Safety Act of Ontario
- Demonstrate an ability to ensure a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in your work including data entry, analysis of data and documentation
- Have exceptional computer efficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Work in a Cross-Functional team environment
- Demonstrate an ability to provide a positive customer experience and trust for our residents, families, team members, volunteers and students
As a New Director of Quality & Innovation, it would be an asset if you:
- Informatics and quality assurance experience
- Experience working in a Long-Term Care setting
- Current Heart Save Level of CPR
