Production Supervisor - SolutionAir (Evening Weekend Shift)
The position of Production Supervisor is an exciting new opportunity on our SolutionAir team.

We are looking for an individual who is technically inclined, energetic, enthusiastic, productive and can handle multiple priorities in a timely manner with a high level of accuracy.

Overseeing the performance of processes and employees at SolutionAir.
Managing orders and ensuring all needed materials are onhand by working closely with the purchasing team.
Troubleshooting production issues with support from senior operators and the production specialists.
Working with senior operators to develop an indepth knowledge of the product line, utilizing documentation to capture criticaltoprocess information.
Becoming a product expert.
Implementing and championing Lean initiatives.
Coaching and collaborating with team members to ensure highquality product is built in a safe, costeffective, timely manner.
Ensuring department compliance with company policies and procedures.
Holding regular meetings and prepare reports outlining daily/weekly/monthly scheduling plans.
Excellent communication skills.
The ability to work unsupervised in a fastpaced environment.
A postsecondary education or equivalent manufacturing experience.
Previously worked in a manufacturing environment with a mandate for safety and quality.
Sheet Metal experience.
A willingness and ability to learn technical requirements of the product.
3+ years of supervisory experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment (sheet metal experience is considered an asset.
An aptitude for reading blueprints and engineering drawings.
Strong leadership skills and an ability to effect and champion change.
A proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
Experience with Lean manufacturing concepts is an asset.
